Pro-Arc Builders was incorporated in Shah Alam in 1996. We began in interiors, grew into building, civil and steel work, and built a specialist workshop for the domes, ceilings and screens that mosques and public buildings ask for.
Where we came from
The company was incorporated on 16 October 1996 as Priority Consultants Sdn Bhd, a consultancy led by an architect. In 1999 it moved into building construction and took the name Pro-Arc Builders.
Interior renovation came first, then industrial buildings and offices, civil and infrastructure work, structural steel, earthworks and landscaping. In 2015 the Special Projects division formed under a master of Islamic decoration trained in Tashkent, and the domes, ceilings and screens now carry the company’s name.
We work to one idea, set when the company began: design, quality and cost decided together, which is why we prefer to build what we design.
Along the way
- 1996Priority Consultants. Incorporated on 16 October 1996 as Priority Consultants Sdn Bhd, a consultancy.
- 1999Pro-Arc Builders. The company moves into building construction and takes the name Pro-Arc Builders.
- 2001Industrial building. A warehouse extension and new office floors at Perai, Penang, the first of a run of industrial and office projects.
- 2003CIDB registration. Registered with the Construction Industry Development Board, now at Grade G7.
- 2006Civil and landscape. A reinforced-earth slope in Putrajaya and the show-unit landscape and entrance gateway at Bukit Jelutong.
- 2009Abroad. HDPE lining at the Abu Dhabi International Shooting Club, followed by Kerpan, Kedah in 2010.
- 2015Special Projects. The Special Projects division forms under Osimkhon Muminov. Masjid Al-Umm in Bangi and the steel frames at Stadium Jengka complete.
- 2017Kota Kinabalu. The GRG dome ceilings at the Chief Minister’s Office are handed over.
- 2023Two museum domes. The FRP domes at the Islamic Arts Museum Malaysia and Phase 1 of Madinah Mawaddah are handed over.
- 2026Kota Bharu. The FGRC facade at Sultan Ismail Petra Airport is complete, and work begins on two new mosques.

Osimkhon Muminov
Special Project Director · since 2015
Trained in Islamic decoration under Grand Master Mahmud Usmanov in Tashkent, working with him from 1975 to 1994, after his early schooling at the Mukimi School in Tashkent.
He has led specialist decoration companies in Malaysia since 1994 and directs Pro-Arc’s Special Projects: the GRG, GRC and FRP domes, ceilings and screens.

Khairul Annuar Abdul Aziz
Managing Director · since 1996
An architect by training, with an Advanced Diploma in Architecture from ITM Shah Alam. Before leading Pro-Arc he was a Senior Architect with Kuala Lumpur City Centre Berhad, including a technology-transfer attachment with Adamson Associates in Toronto, and a Senior Associate at RDA Harris Architects.
He has led the company since its incorporation, and its Design & Build approach reflects that start: the architectural idea and the practical demands of construction worked out together.

- Osimkhon Muminov, our Special Project Director, learned Islamic decoration in Tashkent.
