A group of buildings for the first phase of a new development in Kuantan.

The brief

Construct Phase 1 of the Madinah Mawaddah development on part of Lot 8094, Mukim Penor, Kuantan, for YP Land Sdn Bhd, with Juruukur Bahan CMC as quantity surveyor. This is the general building side of the company.

What we delivered

General construction of the Phase 1 buildings, taken through to handover in December 2023. Our package: Phase 1 of the development.
