Six packages, from the ground a building stands on to the ornament on its ceiling. We take on any one of them, or all of them under a single Design & Build contract.
Design & Build, and building construction
Design & Build is how most of our work is contracted: we take the architect’s intent or the client’s brief, detail it, build it and hand it over, and the client deals with one company throughout. Behind it is thirty years of general building construction, from industrial buildings and offices to homes, a university’s Islamic centre and the first phase of a new development in Kuantan.
